Terms of Promotion: Mani Mania – Free Manicure Giveaway

This promotion is open to residents of Singapore aged 18 years and above. Employees of
Sunny Nails, its affiliates, franchise partners, and their immediate family members are
not eligible to participate.

To participate, entrants must complete and submit the contact form on the Sunny Nails
website, including their full name, email address, and phone number, and confirm
agreement with these Terms of Promotion. Only one entry per person is permitted per
month

The promotion is conducted on a monthly basis. Entries must be received before the end
of each calendar month. Late entries will be automatically included in the following
month’s draw.

One winner will be selected each month and will be entitled to receive the following
prize:

• One “Manicure + Regular Polish” service (valued at SGD 35) per calendar
  month for a total of three (3) consecutive months,
•  Service to be performed by a Sunny Ray technician (1–star category) only.
  The prize is strictly limited to the specified service. Any add–ons, upgrades (e.g.
  gel polish, nail art, or change of technician category), or additional services will
  be charged at regular rates and are not included in the prize.

The prize cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or any other service.

• The prize may be used once per calendar month only.
• Missed appointments or unused months will not be carried forward or
  compensated.
• The prize is non–transferable and must be used solely by the winner. Sharing,
  gifting, or selling the prize is strictly prohibited.

Winners will be selected through a random draw and notified via email, phone call, or
WhatsApp within 7 business days of the end of each calendar month. If a winner cannot
be contacted within 5 business days, an alternate winner may be selected.

Winners must book their complimentary appointment via the official Sunny Nails
booking system and indicate “Mani Mania Winner” in the remarks. All appointments are
subject to availability and must be booked within the same calendar month.

• Allow Sunny Nails to publish their first name and city for promotional purposes
  (e.g. on the website and social media);
• Have a photo of their completed manicure taken by our staff for marketing use;
• Provide a short written comment or testimonial about their experience, which
  may be published on the Sunny Nails website or related promotional materials.
  No additional compensation will be provided for these publicity uses.

All personal data collected will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, and used only for the administration of the promotion, winner
communication, and, where applicable, marketing (with prior consent).

Sunny Nails reserves the right to modify or terminate the promotion or these Terms at
any time without prior notice. Any such changes will be published on our website and
will take immediate effect.

These Terms and the promotion are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore.
In case of disputes, the decision of Sunny Nails will be final and binding.
