1. Service Agreement
You agree to receive professional manicure and related beauty services provided by SUNNY
NAILS PTE. LTD. or its authorised franchise salons (“Sunny Nails”), performed by trained
and certified technicians in accordance with our service menu, hygiene standards, and pricing
structure.
2. Punctuality & Cancellations
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Clients who are more than 15 minutes late may
have their appointment shortened or rescheduled. Cancellations or rescheduling must be
made at least 6 hours in advance. No–shows or late cancellations may incur a service charge.
3. Health & Safety Declaration
You confirm that you do not have any infectious conditions or medical contraindications that
may be affected by the service. It is your responsibility to inform our staff of any allergies or
sensitivities prior to the start of service.
4. Consent to Photography and Marketing Use
By agreeing to these Terms, you grant SUNNY NAILS PTE. LTD. and its authorised
franchise partners the full, irrevocable, royalty–free right to photograph or video–record your
nails, hands, or feet during or after your service, and to use such images for:
• Social media (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)
• Our official websites and online galleries
• Online and offline advertising campaigns
• Printed or digital promotional materials
• Franchise marketing across all Sunny Nails locations
Your face or any other personally identifiable features will not be shown unless we obtain
separate written consent.
If you do not wish your images to be used for marketing purposes, you must inform us before
your appointment.
5. Data Usage
Your personal data will be collected, stored, and processed in accordance with the Privacy
Policy of SUNNY NAILS PTE. LTD., in compliance with Singapore’s Personal Data
Protection Act (PDPA) and, where applicable, the GDPR.
6. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be published on
our website, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised
terms.
